Problem with background in pages

Hi, I have a problem with the background of the HEADER. Some pages are larger than other pages. I have attached pictures so you can see what exactly it is about.
Would appreciate help! I want everything to look the same as the first picture.

Hi,Thank you! I designed this page with the basic WordPress system and I want it to stay that way. How can I leave the content and still fix the height of the background?

And also, when I try to fix it like you sad it still looks the same (But I still prefer to leave it as it like I said above).
