Issue with Ads

I cannot seem to change two ad sections on the website.

One is the Above footer and the other is the below article.

I am trying to use Ad rotate plugin to add shortcode to the ad space. But it is just showing the static image ad I had added before and I cannot seem to save new data in the theme option.

Hi CountryCaller,
Usually, when you make some changes in theme panel and those are reappear after you refresh the page/browser, it is related to object cache (this can be from host or some plugins that you are using), this is apply on backend to, what you need to do is to clear the object cache before you make the changes, or better disable the object cache during the changes that you make.

Thank you for your response.

I contacted wordpress.com our host. Unfortunately, the issue is the same after clearing the hosting cache as well.

Hi, after I watched your video, I’m 90% sure that this problem is from object cache, if you want and you agree, we can take a look and see from where is coming the “problem”, for this, please make a full backup for your website and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com include in mail the link of this topic, wp-admin and cPanel access.
