I noticed two of our sites’ themes were automatically uninstalled which we then had to install again. What is happening? How can we prevent this from happening again or to our other sites?

Unfortunately, our theme has not been tested on a multisite.
Also, I don’t know exactly which plugin could cause this problem, because it depends on what settings it contains and how the settings are made.
