Hello dear TagDiv team,
Today i´ve made a newspaper purchase, but i was mistaken. I should have purchased newsmag instead, is there any chance i can receive a refund? I didn´t activate the theme yet.

Luck for you. Stay with Newspaper. It is clearly better developed.
We have used newsmag for several years and always complained about the lack of updates and functionalities. Finally we switched to newspaper
(Refund can be initiated at codecanyon)
