Hi, we have a problem with the scroll bar. We do not see it and it is not possible to navigate the site.

Hi,
The scroll bar is there https://i.imgur.com/JsWsE7K.png when the website is loading, but looks that an extra plugin or code that you are using is removing it.
Please make a test, disable all non theme plugins and try again to see if this problem is still persisting.
