Hi I tried updating to the latest version and I am getting the following error
An error occurred while updating Newsmag: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions

Please make sure that you files permissions are set correctly https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/
Also make sure that you do not have some plugins that interfere with the theme update, also if you want you can try to update the theme manually -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ method B.
