Our theme is responsive and the content on the site adapts according to the screen size, to display all the content.
Because you have several items in the menu when it is using a screen with a lower resolution can no longer be displayed on a single line.

Another problem is that the theme is very slow and takes a long time to load, if you count the seconds until it comes out it passes more than 8, the tests on the web carried out in gtmetrix. It gives me the following in the capture.

Hi,
Like Anamaria said, the menu is on two rows, because there is no enough space/width to display all menu elements in one row.
As a suggestion, what you can do is to group or reduce the menu elements, or another alternative is to set a smaller font size on menu (but reducing the number of menu elements is the best solution.)
