Hi, i’m using your theme, but on the site it’s impossible for me to have the STAY CONNECTED like your demo, it’s not visible on the visual composer…. and not visible to the widget too, but it’s enable on the admin site… but i can’t use like your…
There is no help….
Stay connected is a “widget” based on the plugin included with theme (social counter) — did you
a) install and activate plugin
b) bother to look at the appearance > widgets ?
c) read the theme docs (link right side this page)?

I went to your support because, i installed lot of plugin for social counter, but no one appear on the widget, and i precise that i enable it on the admin… so i do not understand i thinks i will reinstall all, maybe a mistake on installation…..

@david201175 Please make sure you have the social counter installed and active as Chris noted. You can find it in the /plugin folder that came with the theme files.
After doing this you should have the social counter present as a widget, like this: http://screencast.com/t/ybn15xMO or in VC page builder: http://screencast.com/t/aa69hDEL
