I added the homepage. Do I need to pay for the news mag theme additionally? Or is it possible to duplicate it?

Sorry, but I do not quite understand. Do you want to use the theme for a different website ? If yes, then you must get a new license, because it is allow only one license per website.
If this is not what you mean, please let me know!
