I have a problem with interpreting the terms of the license, I need to use this template on the home page and on its test/dev version. For example strona.domena.com and test.domena.com . Can I do it in parallel? orrrr do I have to buy a second license?
I understand that there is no problem with multiple instances on the local host, etc., am I right?

Hello,
You can use a license key for one product, but the same purchase key can activate your development copies and the live version of your theme. Using test platforms is allowed with the same Envato key.
According to Envato license terms
