You say don’t install a plugin. Make a working theme without installing the plugin.

Hi,
The think is that those days is no longer quite easy, you can not use a theme or plugin with multiple functions, those need to be separate one of other, therefore a theme is separate in extra theme plugins (just like our theme). Indeed until some time all the functions were only in theme and only a few in theme builder, but since may 2020 according to envato those needed to be separated. -> https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
