I was hoping someone might be able to help me. The header of my website (ratherspooky.com) works fine most of the time. But if you zoom right in to it from a tablet (ipad), the header disappears and is replaced with text and tagline. How do I make it so the header does not disappear no matter how much zoom is applied and stop the title/tagline appearing.
The second issue is that the padding for my logo in the header is set to 10px from the left, which works fine on desktop and even on tablet in vertical view, but when it is viewed from a tablet horizontally, the logo padding seems to disappear and it touches the left of the screen instead of leaving a 10px gap. The padding is set the same as the rest of views, it only doesn’t work in horizontal on tablet.
I would be very grateful if someone might be able to help with these issues.

If you are using iPad, just make sure that you have set the retina logo.
For the problem with padding, I check your website, but I didn’t manage to find it. It is also on iPad or what tablet did you use, can you please provide some screenshots?
Also if the problem from iPad is different from the one that I suggested, please provide some screenshots, in the meantime I will try to check the website on iPad.

Thankyou for your advice. I have a retina image set but it has not helped unfortunately.

Then if you zoom in on the header it disappears completely and is replaced by the ‘Text Logo’ and/or ‘The Text Logo Tagline’.

Then when you zoom back out, the header has still completely disappeared and you are left with the plain text logo or the ‘Text Tagline:
‘Show Text Logo’ and ‘Show tagline’ are both turned off in the logo element, so they should not be showing in any circumstances. But also the entire header bar is disappearing.
The padding issue is not a problem anymore as that seems to be working ok now, it’s just the disappearing header.

It seem that the situation is different from the one that I have describe, maybe the the problem is only on iPad/table. Tomorrow I will have access to our gadgets (iPad, mac …), sorry that it takes so long to check this situation, this is because we work from home and we do not have all the equipment from work.

I check this on our mac and I set it on emulator, but I can not recreate the problem. but since you are using the image logo the tagline and text logo should not be display.
