Why do some of the cloud templates allow me to edit them in TagDiv Composer but some of them don’t?

Hello !
The footer template can be edited from any page not from Cloud Library. Simply open the Website manager, select your footer and scroll to the bottom of the page: https://www.screencast.com/t/yPw3NdjJw0i
