Newspaper plugins get deleted by them self. Not to be found in \plugins directory. Pages and posts are there, but pages are cluttered with script. It has happened 6 times now in less than a year.
Everything setup-related is ok.
Error log do not report anything. No updates has been performed.
What i have to do is re-install plugins and things are OK.
Headers and footers are missing after re-install as well as thumbnails.
Still this is bit annoying. I am travelling a lot and this is cumbersome to fix on slow networks.
Is there any reason for this? Has others reported this? Cant find anything when searching.

Typical Newspaper. They say they auto update plugins but they don’t. I only realized I wasn’t generating traffic to my site for 5 hours. Good job tagdiv (newspaper). Keep up the great work. This isn’t the first time this happened. If you want to roll out an update make sure it works and that the plugins auto update as well.

As mentioned before. I have spoken to our developers too, regarding the last update and even before, there is no auto-update feature inserted in the Newspaper Theme exactly because users do not create a backup for their themes when update them and due to other external factors this becomes a problem. Our team is doing all the efforts to make updates as safe as possible.
