Hi Team,
I am using woocommerce with tagdivshop and a cloud template.
I have added WooShop Base Template with WooShop Attibute Filter on the sidebar. Even though I click on option “Enable Filters on Mobie”, the filters are not visible.
There are actually 2 scenarios:
1. Filters are on the left sidebar – only WooLoop is visible on mobile.
2. Filters are on the right sidebar – only filters are visible on mobile.
Obviously I would like to see both on mobile, with filters on top.
Can you advise how to achieve this?

Please provide more information, screenshots with your settings and your website link in order to help you.
Or, make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue.

The shop is under construction so I basically turn woocommerce off once I stop editing, since I don’t want Google to index it for now.

I have recorded a short video showing the issue.
As you can see, when switching to mobile view, products and filters disappear.
