Page template settings not showing after 11.2 Version update

Hello, after updating the site to the latest version, when I edit my homepage, the settings panel under the post editor does not open.

Panels are not opened for general and unique articles settings. I need urgent help.
This issue only applies to pages.
When I enter the page editing, even though I select the ticks in the Display Preferences, it does not open.

When I restore the theme to Version 11.1, the problem goes away.
