How to edit header and footer section?

I want to change the menu titles of header section. IS there any video clip that I can refer?

Hello,

Please let me know what template you used for the header and footer, if you have a standard template, then you need to make the changes from Theme Panel -> Header or Footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCsW04zW, if you have a header/footer template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE51MfLV7hE
