Hi,
My website is loading really slow. I checked on GTMetrix.com and it’s an F score. I reached out to my host and they said my landing page is 22mb and a landing page is typically between 2-3mb. Would you be able to give me some assistance on minimizing the size of my landing page or site in general. My website is http://www.reallyfedigital.com

As you can see here on the Waterfall: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.reallyfedigital.com/p4J3GFqT/ You have to optimize your images. Some of them are not even loading, which can cause complications on a page speed report.
Take care of the images and you should be very pleased with the result!
