Translation does not work

Hello,

I am trying to translate the phrase “If you’re not happy with the results, please do another search” in the theme options-translations, but if I save the changes the German translation disappears and the English phrase will be displayed again.

Another problem: The mobile version of my website does not show the titles in the slider on the front page.

I’ve tested your page on Safari (iOS7) and can confirm that the titles do not show up.

I don’t know how to fix the other issues you’re having, but may I recommend that you change your logo into a .png format? Right now the mobile version of the logo shows a white background which is not consistent with the grey background behind it. A .png format would allow for transparency instead of a white background.

I can not translate the two sentences “If you’re not happy with the results, please do another search” and “We’re sorry, but the page you are looking for doesn’t exist.”
Everything else is possible to translate into German, but if I translate the two sentences above and I save the translation, the English sentence shows up again and the German one is overwritten. Strange …

Perhaps you could tell me the php files where I can find the text string. So I can translate it in the file.

here are the English expressions with the German translation:

We’re sorry, but the page you are looking for doesn’t exist. ‘Entschuldigung, die Seite, die Sie suchen, existiert leider nicht.’
If you’re not happy with the results, please do another search ‘Wenn Sie mit den Suchergebnissen nicht zufrieden sind, starten Sie einfach eine neue Suche.’
