I checked your website and the top bar doesn’t appear.
Usually, the bar is created by a plugin, so you need to find which one.

Yes, that’s right!
I fixed this by uploading a new version of the newspaper.
But then I went back to 10.3.9.
Ads started appearing at the top of every page and I didn’t know how to turn it off.
Also, every time I am asked to log in to the mobile version of the site. I would be grateful if you can tell me how to disable these features in 11.2

Hello,

Please provide a video to understand better the issue.
If you referring to those ads => https://www.screencast.com/t/E0ITJkhJfiGthen you have a code set in Theme Panel -> Ads -> Header ads, so you can remove it if you don’t want to have ads.
