I’m using the Newspaper Pro theme, as installed without content. And there is no option in the Theme panel to disable or configure the Top Bar. I need to remove it.

Hello!
On the PRO DEMOS you can use tagDiv Composer. In order to remove the top bar please click on the ROW button as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/VK5dRRklMMfi

Ok, that fixed it. Not the fix I expected I guess, but it worked.
