Even if your theme is not activated, your website should not be blocked. When the theme is not active you just can’t do certain things using theme panel or tagDiv Composer. But the website will run normally. I would like to investigate this issue further, Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

Hi we have the same problem as them what can we do to solve this? on top of that i also have another problem that wen i try to re-activate the theme i get a erro “you don’t have permission to access this page” and with that i cant re-activate my theme.

This happens in a specific situation, meaning when using an older theme version, before a few modifications that were made to the theme activation system were fully added in the theme.
