Hi, my website started showing this page https://cloud.tagdiv.com/info.png despite already having a functioning license that was purchased over 4 years ago.
Managed to solve this through updating the theme (from 11 to 11.2) but from other forums topics on this same issue, it might not be a problem with older theme versions.
I understand you’re trying to punish people who haven’t payed for your theme, but the collateral damage is also bad.
Please look into this.

Newspaper theme and us is not punishing anyone. Once you buy the theme license, that is for life. The only thing that can expire, is the support license. You may face this issue if you activate your license on more than 1 websites.

The issue hasn’t happened again, however I don’t believe that the trigger for this problem was on my side since another example can be found here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/urgent-blocked-from-accessing-site/
This issue seemed to have happened at the same time for 2 different unrelated sites which means that most likely it originates from the theme developer side.
I just wanted to make you aware of it.

Agreeing with howard576, this definitely came from the developer side. We updated and our homepage address STILL directs to that license page. It’s affecting all newsletter links and our customers are complaining by the minute.
Punishing legitimate paying customers is really bad just to catch a few theme pirates.
