About a month ago we upgraded our theme to NP 11.1, and our site has never been the same since. When trying to visit the homepage, whether logged in or not, we either get this “Error Too many Redirects” error message with a blank screen, or it redirects to our “author archive page” with no way to get back to home.

The weird part is it will do it sporadically throughout the day, so if you’re visiting the site right now it may or may not give you the error… which is the most frustrating part of it all making it very hard to track down.
We’ve done everything on this checklist below for fixing redirect issues and yet still nothing has changed after close to 2 weeks.

We use Sucuri for our firewall and have all our traffic redirected to https through rewriting the .htaccess file. We’ve made sure everything is uniform and in the https:// format, including in the wp-config folder and in our wp general settings. I am pretty much at a loss at this point and am assuming there must be some bug in our theme’s code.
We have so far been unsuccessful in finding anyone else experiencing these issues, so if anyone has some advice or thoughts on this issue it would be greatly appreciated!!

Can you share plugin list you are using on your website?

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
