Suddenly I am not able to see the featured image or tag options located on the sidebar of my posts so I am now unable to upload a featured image to a post. What has happened and how can this be restored? I had checked the Screen Options that appear at the top of each post but both Featured Image and tags are checked.
On an earlier occasion after I had updated to V 11.2, I found the Unique Articles option had disappeared so after trying various ways of restoring it I switched back to V 11 and this option came back. Now the issue is that featured image and tag options have suddenly disappeared, though it was there until today.
Any help would be appreciated.

The featured image and tag options have returned and are now visible at the bottom of the post page unlike previously where it used to appear on the right side of the post page.
