Cloud Library Error 404

I have this when I’m trying to apply a shopping page to my website:

404 – Not found
We searched the space, but we couldn’t find the page you’re looking for.

Any solutions?

I’ve tried to check everything about blocking and security and nothing is blocking Cloud Library. I’ve tried deactivating plugins and still can’t make it.
