Our Website is https://rashtrajyoti.in. In our website, at homepage, I want that the one liner sub headline/ excerpt https://ibb.co/Y0vJbGk should also be displayed here https://ibb.co/vPNtGLq between headline and read more button, but Iam unable to do so via Cloud Template settings.

I am able to show it now through template’s layout settings but unable to change fonts, colours, etc. of the excerpts. Can you please guide on the same. Thanks
I found everything in my Tagdiv Cloud settings. I made the changes in both Desktop and mobile version but when using the tagdiv composer i.e., backend it shows the excerpt but when I save it and view it on the browser i.e., frontend, it doesn’t show it.

Seems you misunderstood. I am checking the website. So the problem is with the excerpts not being displayed in this block – https://i.imgur.com/ibzwEsu.png but in the composer they are displayed – https://ibb.co/51QPXYd which is quite an unusual thing to happen. Normally if the excerpts are enabled for the block like this – https://i.imgur.com/1NCUwxr.png they should be displayed for the block at all times.
Kindly go through this and help me out to resolve this ASAP. Thanks 🙂

If your element’s setting from that block has excerpts: show, then it should work.
Please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
