Dear Support,
I installed a pre-built demo site. I understand that “If you want to keep the content as your own, please create a copy of the page and use the copy as your content.”. However when I duplicate the page or create a copy of it (and renamed it), when I uninstall the demo, the page I duplicated gets deleted also. How do I avoid this from happening? I’d prefer not to build a demo page from scratch.

The duplicate option is available for cloud templates (header, footer, author, single post template, etc), for the homepage you need to copy the current page content and paste it into a new page, like in this video => https://www.screencast.com/t/9Np5yBAAO or import only the template for the homepage.

Thank you for that detailed screencast. You folks truly are the best when it comes to explaining things with the screenshots and videos. I was using a page duplicator instead of just copying the code to a new page. Thanks again!
