Please notice that you can not delete the empty column only the row that contain empty columns.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw or using the drag and drop or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard
