Blue Arrow Up – does NOT show up on mobile or tablet (but does on desktop)
Theme: Newspaper (tagDiv)

Description:

1. It is nice on a mobile or tablet to be able to hit the blue arrow up (bottom right) as you are scrolling down the post (or Front Page for that matter).
2. For the first year, this never showed up on mobile smart phone or tablet, but does show up on desktop.
3. Then it started showing up on mobiles about 3 months ago, for a few months. YAY!!!
4. Then, it is back to NOT SHOWING UP.

Any help is much appreciated.

Also, please make sure you have the ToTop Button enable for mobile from Theme Panel -> Template Settings for mobile https://i.imgur.com/HcrpU6O.png
