Hello, I know that I am out of support but please help me. I have using kidsStore theme and Attributes of size are not working with button display. When I use to display “select” instead of “button” its working and I can select size, bud when I select “button” I cant choose size.
I am using for this change TagDiv composer, because is I choose “button” style in attributes setings, its not working. When I change it in TagDiv composer, it will make the change, but like I said, button style is not working.

Also I have problem to edit footer. I dont see footer widgets or in setings of footer I dont have any options to set up (like you have on documentation of footer settings).

I do not understand what is not working with the attributes.
Edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.

Thank you for your respond 🙂 In every bracelet I have size attributes. S M L XL
Unfortunately, I cant switch or pick any size. I just can click on it. I really dont know what is wrong. If you are able to pick Size S can you switch to size XL? If you can, try please reaload the page. One time It worked, bud when I refresh the page, then it dont work again and I was not able to pick some size or switch the size.
The main strange sting is that the whole thing is working fine with “select” option (roll option). Bud when I choose “Button” option (because I like it more) It stop working, and I cant pick up any size.
– For that footer, I try it with TagDiv composer, but I dont see option to add or delete link for example “Delivery” or “About” etc.
Hi Martin Getzel, this is interesting I test it and for me is working normally, are you using a specific browser? Maybe the problem it appears only on some browsers.

Hello, thank you for your respond! Did you please try multiple products? And reload the page? Because the problem is in my personal computer (Macbook using Safari), Then on my working computer (Windows using Google Chrome) and on my second Notebook with windows using Firefox.
So on those different devices I having the same problem. All sizes (with “Button” using style) are grayed and I cant switch the size or pick the size. Its really strange. I even dont know why its working when I use “Select” style (rolling). With this style its working every time, bud with “Button” style its not working.
I was thinking about cookies problem but why just only on “Button” style? “Select” style is working normaly. Also I have different wifi at home and at work so even the wifi connection is different and always the same problem. Can I provide you some Login information for some test?
Now I test some think. I open it in new window and click on some bracelet. Then it was possible to select size (so I think its ok now) but then I click back to another bracelet and the problem is here back. It look like its works just one time and when you want add to cart another bracelet (for example to buy two or more bracelets) the size pick is not working more.

Hi, if the problem it is on more devices, then it is something on website and not on browser. If you can provide wp-admin then will help us a lot, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and include the link of this topic to identify you, also provide wp-admin and make sure that you have a full backup, also if is possible to provide a video or at list some screenshots with the problem will also help a lot (for example https://i.imgur.com/1esGST9.png this is only an message that you had only on produce and you can not add more…).

thank you for your help 🙂 I write you an email like you want with login details. Please try to look on it. I dont know if screenshot will help you because the problem is that those size fields are grayed and I can pick up the size or switch the sizes.
I can see on your screenshot that you are able to pick size and add to cart. Please try to add this one to card (only 1 piece because i have in stock 1pcs by every size) and then please go to another bracelet and to the same think but try to pick another size. It will not work. Maybe try it with more than two.
