In the mobile AD area, can six images be exposed randomly rather than fixed?

Hi,
Our theme do not have an option for this (to expose randomly rather than fixed ads), but this I think that it can be doe using an ad plugin, a plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/
