Can't get footer to be editable.

The footer on LittleRiverPost.com won’t edit. I tried adding a new template in Cloud Templates as it’s not showing up. It won’t add. I just did the update.

I saw you have a cloud footer template, so please edit your homepage with tagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there => https://www.screencast.com/t/fGV2uwNO2I
