It could just be that I have a problem with my eyes. But I can usually find the spot I need to click on. But this time I wonder how I can get my picture into the author template?

Hello,
The image for the author is set in WordPress -> Users => https://i.imgur.com/PYLK15x.png after you set the image, then the author image element will display the image.
