I already using the line bellow to replace WordPress Comments to Facebook Comments without any plugins in the previous theme i used:
div id=”fbcomments”><div id=”fb-root”></div><fb:comments href=”<?php the_permalink(); ?>” width=”740″>
Your current comments.php file have the following lines:
<?php if (have_comments()) { ?>
-
<?php wp_list_comments( array( ‘callback’ => ‘td_comment’ ) ); ?>
<div class=”comment-pagination”>
<?php previous_comments_link(); ?>
<?php next_comments_link(); ?>
</div>
<?php } ?>
How can i do to replace this WP Comments to FB Comments instead? I think i can replace by the following, let me know if i’m wrong:
<?php if (have_comments()) { ?>
-
div id=”fbcomments”><div id=”fb-root”></div><fb:comments href=”<?php the_permalink(); ?>” width=”740″></fb:comments></div>
<?php } ?>
The other thing is how to use the 100% of the width instead using “740”

Not sure how your would work as i haven’t experimented with this. You could give it a try although I suggest you use a plugin for this.
To use full width of the page you need to place the comments template inside a div container which uses the span12 class, like in this case without sidebar: http://screencast.com/t/QqlloLsZ6yD
If you really need to implement this in the theme without the use of a plugin I suggest you get some to help you with this as you need additional customization for this and we cannot provide custom work at this moment. Sorry!
