Development environment: Do we need a license for development or we can use the same as in productions?

Hi,
The Envato license specifies that each code can be used on a single end product
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq
So a testing environment or local private install will not be a violation of the terms.
