It seems that you have so many elements in your menu, that’s why is looking like this.
I recommend you to assign a new cloud/PRO template, in order to customize it with TagDiv Composer plugin.

Please can I share my WordPress admin login details so you can help and fix it for me ? ? I can’t locate the elements and cloud/pro template whatever that you mentioned. Please I’m sincerely tired and exhausted from the stress and worry this issue has given me. Please help me I’d be very glad. Thanks a lot

Hi Chyamaqa, as I can see on your website it looks that you not have set the page from demo as homepage, you have set the latest posts please set it like this https://i.imgur.com/S6wdG9T.png
Also if you want to share your wp-admin, then you can do it via email at contact@tagdiv.com and make sure that you have a full backup for your website.

Hi Calin, I have done as you said but it still doesn’t show like that of city News demo.
However, I tried setting the homepage to home as you said but when I checked my site it was totally white blank with no single post in sight. It was plain white. I guess I will have to share my WordPress login then thanks alot.
