I created a custom template for various posts. Using the video option, I used to get a properly sized thumbnail, but now the video thumbnail is distorted. Once I click to play the video, it adjusts itself but I’d like to set the thumbnail to the correct dimensions.

This video player seems to be from other plugin which is not tested with our theme.
Please note that we can not provide support for un-tested plugins.
