In wordpress.com hosting website not show “activate theme” option. I use before this bluehost hosting website and i add now in wordpress.com website. So, i do upload theme but not show activate theme option and also not install plugin of newspaper theme. Please tell me.

Hi Pramukh
In order to add third-party themes and plugins to wordpress.com, you will need to be on the Business or above plan. If you have a business plan or above, then it will let you add the theme like any other host. You can confirm this through email if you are on a paid plan or their forum if on the free one.
Note: I am just another user and not from the Newspaper team.
