Customizer – critical error

Since we installed Newspaper WP theme, the WP customizer has stopped working. Each time we try to go there, we get the following error message:

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

Any idea on how we solve that issue?

The error came from one of your plugins: tagDiv Opt-In Builder
