After Logout from website, Mobile design is loading. Desktop design not loading.

Please find the actual design of desktop. It is showing in login condition.

But when I logout from website or in incognito mode.

Hello,

Did you use a plugin to minify the CSS and javascript? Also, please clear your cache on the website, server and browser and see if the problem persists.
