I search on widget but not found [tagDiv] Footer logo….and no [tagDiv] Social counter

You can change footer logo, text from Theme Panel > Footer: http://screencast.com/t/q7Xg7iYgvEb
Also please make sure that you have installed Social Counter plugin from the theme’s files /plugins folder and activate it: http://screencast.com/t/inV38FNCT – http://screencast.com/t/cctgmhQBk
