I am using Easy Table of Contents Plugin by Steven A. Zahm. When I am logged in my website, then in every article table of contents shows perfect.
Example – https://www.industrialubricants.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Table-of-Contents-1.png
When I am logged our or incognito mode, table of contents shows like this – https://www.industrialubricants.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Table-of-Contents-2.png
Not able to fix this issue. Please help.

It could be a cache problem. Please make a test, uninstall the cache plugin you have (delete the cache from your browser) and see the results.

can you please suggest a table of contents plugin that is fully compatible with our theme?
We would like to add this feature on selected articles on our site and we are considering the plugin mentioned here (https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table-of-contents/) and this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/luckywp-table-of-contents/
If there is a plugin that you think is best suited, let us know please.

Unfortunately, we do not have any tested table of contents plugin with our theme.
You can test/use a plugin which is suitable for your needs, but please take care for a future plugin conflict.
