Titles and Subheads

Hi there…
I have a basic question:
How to create a subhead before the main headline for a section call “Guest Essay”, under my Opinion category.
Example here from the NYT. I just want to replicate the way the NYT features in this story as “Opinion” and then “Guest Essay” and then actual headline.
https://www.nytimes.com/2021/11/04/opinion/graeber-wengrow-dawn-of-everything-history.html.

Can you guide me on how to achieve something like this using the tools that come to create posts, please?
