Hi! I received an email that I can download update of your theme Newspaper and I downloaded it. How i can update it? I must update only patch_4.6.1 to patch_4.6.2 ?

Hi,

If you update the theme from the previous version(4.6.1) you can use the patch to update, but if you update from the older version please update the theme following this guide and use ftp method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and also update the plugins that come with the theme’s files from the /plugins folder.

Hi Alin! When i update theme, there is a white screen instead of the site. what could be the problem?

Hi,

Did you manage to update the theme? Do you have an error as I cannot figured out what the issue is?
Please make sure that you make a backup of your current theme installation and the make sure that you follow the above guide to update. Let me know!

Hi! I have followed the above guide to update. but it showed only a white screen after update. then I had to return the backup. what could be the problem, showing a white screen after update?

I solve the problem so: I rename folder of theme to my website title and it works! good luck)
