So your solution is basically to “email contact@tagdiv.com” and nothing else?
And lots of people have emailed and getting no response after many hours and their sites (including mine) are still showing “This website is using an unregistered version of Newspaper theme”. Sending emails to contact@tagdiv.com gets no response and no solution, what is the point?
Hi,
We are sorry for the frustration caused but the solution is to reset the theme activation and activate the theme again using your Envato purchase code. Make sure you clear your browser cache to see the changes. The key must be a valid Envato key so make sure you check your Envato account and be certain your key is active.
Download your license from your Envato account pdf or text and use it to activate the theme.
The system basically checks the Envato system for any issues with the key.
