Hi,
This usually happens when you have external URLs added to the image URL. Please make sure the images link to the media file instead, so the image lightbox can access the image file. It will provide that message for external links. If you want to use external links for images, you will need to disable the theme lighbox (modal image). – https://www.screencast.com/t/H2PIUz6pI
