Hello! what are the recommended dimensions for images when using revolution slider? Can you add the Home under the menu? Thank you

I would like to add a slider in the Home, under the header Menu, with horizontal images that cover the entire page, dimension 16: 9? For example

Please let me know the slider contains only images, or you want to have the post.
If you want the posts, you can use the slide element and you can set the image size https://i.imgur.com/UHnxIuL.jpg
