It looks that now the ad provided is correctly display -> https://i.imgur.com/mxAtcjc.png -> https://i.imgur.com/tC8C4HW.png -> https://i.imgur.com/5FG2usr.png
For your screen it looks like the content deliver for add is beggar then the size of header ad.
