We have create custom code on js field – https://ibb.co/Ss11Ysr
But the public visitors (https://ibb.co/cgmfc2t) can see different view while the registered users can see different view (https://ibb.co/J3XBGWt)
Do you know why?

It could be a cache issue. Please make a test, deactivate the cache plugin, clear the cache from your browser and see the results.
